Lincoln (Environmental Association 4.1.6)
An undulating calcarenite plain with widespread sand dunes, isolated hills and small lakes, with cliffs along the coast. The dominant vegetative covers are tall teatree shrubland, low woodland and coastal mallee, only a small part of which is used for grazing livestock, the majority being part of a conservation area.
A great variety of views characterize this association. There are foreground to background panoramic views over mallee and woodland, middleground to background panoramic views over the ocean, shoreline and offshore islands, semi-enclosed views from the beaches in the coves, and foreground and middleground enclosed views from the lakes.
